Shipping and Handling All products from fruityair.com are shipped via Royal Mail/Parcel Force. Postage and packaging is charged on a fee of £0.99 plus £0.10 for each additional item, within the UK, and a fixed fee of £7.99 for international delivery. Delivery Our aim here at fruityair.com is to deliver your order within 7 days UK mainland and 14 days international delivery. However we accept no liability for goods being delayed. In the event that you have not received goods within 14 days then please contact us. Goods are normally dispatched 1-3 days of the order being received. In the unlikely event an out of stock product(s) has been purchased, shipment will be done as soon as the product(s) are in stock. Delivery on ‘out of stock' products can take up to 28 days. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. The recipient must pay the additional charges for custom clearance, Fruityair have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Returns Policy If in the unlikely event your goods are damaged or misrepresented, we will gladly replace the product. The product will need to be sent back for inspection and a rebate of the postage cost may also be offered, rebate of postage falls down to the discretion of fruityair.com. If the item is in pristine condition we will refund only the product(s) value, minus 10% for administrative fee. Postage and packaging reimbursement will not be offered. All refunds will be credited to the same account that was originally charged. Fruityair.com take great care to minimise typographical errors, in the situation this does arise we reserve the right to refuse/cancel any such order.
